REFERRAL SERVICES
PRISM believes strongly that each individual has the ability to be a part of his or her own solution. When families come to us for food or rent assistance, we take the time to talk with them about their goals and objectives in life. We problem-solve and troubleshoot, offering them, and helping them to choose, the resources they need to take their life in the direction they want.
PRISM is fortunate to have partnerships with many agencies which provide services we cannot. Employment Counseling and other advocacy services are available through a referral from PRISM to agencies including the following:
