Holiday Toy Shoppe Registration is Now Open! 

Childhood is precious and every milestone and holiday deserves to be cherished. PRISM’s Holiday Toy Shoppe empowers families facing challenges to prioritize life-stabilizing decisions without sacrificing familial joy and memory making. Celebrate the holiday season with the smile on your child’s face when they open their new favorite toys and gifts.

Date & Time: Saturday, December 14th from 9AM to 3PM  

Address: 3100 Lilac Dr N, Golden Valley, MN 55422  

Register your children in PRISM’s Holiday Toy Shoppe for an extra hand during the holidays.  To participate in PRISM’s Children’s Programs, you must meet these qualifications.  

Qualifications:

• Children must live in your home and must be verified prior to registration (e.g., medical card, birth certificate, social security card)

• Proof of address (e.g., mail, utility bill, lease)

• Must reside withing the PRISM service area: Golden Valley, New Hope, Robbinsdale, Crystal, Plymouth

Making Your Shopping Appointment:

There are a few different options to set up your shopping appointment on Saturday, December 14th *Note: You do not have an appointment secured unless you have received a confirmation from staff 

1. Email:  You can register for Holiday Toy Shoppe by emailing signup@prismmpls.org. Please provide the following information
   – Caregiver’s Name, Email, Caregivers Phone Number, Address, Number of Children, Children’s Details (Name, DOB, Grade, School District), Documentation (Proof of address, proof of children’s residence)  
2. Website: Please use the online registration form to start signing up. 
3. In Person: You can speak with a PRISM case manager, and they can help you register. Be sure to bring in all needed documentation for proof of address and children’s residence!

PRISM is counting on support from members of the community, that’s YOU! We are looking for volunteers and donors to help create magic for children and their families.  

Volunteering at Holiday Toy Shoppe

PRISM needs individuals to help run the main Holiday Toy Shoppe event on Saturday, December 14 from 9AM to 3PM  

You can sign up for a shift to volunteer shift at the event! Groups of up to 5 are welcome to sign up together.   Be sure to wear comfy shoes and festive clothing, this is an active event, and volunteers may be asked to stand, lift, carry, and walk for periods of time.  

Donating to Holiday Toy Shoppe

Help us stock up on toys: PRISM needs the community’s help buying toys and gifts for this event. You can shop premade gift registries and have your donation shipped right to PRISM. You can also drop off any donations to the PRISM donation door by Friday, December 6th at 5PM.

Skip the hassle of shopping, shipping, and dropping items off! Donating directly to the PRISM Children’s Program fund allows for PRISM staff to fill the gaps in inventory and get exactly what is needed.
