Housing Program Applicants
The PRISM Housing Assistance Program helps residents of Plymouth, Golden Valley, New Hope, Robbinsdale, and Crystal maintain safe, stable housing.
PRISM's Housing Assistance Program accepts applications from the 1st through the 15th of each month. Applications close after the 15th and reopen on the 1st of the following month.

- After applications reopen, complete applications must be submitted by the 15th of the month to be considered
- Assistance is available once every 13 months
- Funding is limited and not guaranteed
